General & Booking Info

We are almost finished moving to online bookings for the swap sites.

All existing siteholders have been transferred and their sites booked.

The last step is credit card payments so we are visiting the bank today to get that sorted.
As soon as that is done we will go live with the online bookings to allow you to book one of the remaining 150 sites available.

For existing site holders, the tickets will be mailed out around mid-November as before, along with a letter explaining the new re-booking process.

For existing site holders if you need to check your ticket details, you will still be able to ring the bookings office & we will give you a way of logging in.

This change should make life a lot easier for the site holders as well as the volunteers running the bookings.

Please be patient with us during the transition.

Site holders sell a variety of items including complete vehicles; old, reproduction & NOS parts for vehicles; 4x4's and motorcycles; new and used tools; hot-rod parts; clothing; antiques & collectables; so there's something for everyone.

The next Toowoomba Swap Meet is on:
Saturday 2nd February & Sunday 3rd February 2019 at the Toowoomba Show Grounds

The 2019 Toowoomba Swap Meet is already 92% booked, meaning there are about 150 open sites left, as well as sites left in the Model Market and the Founders & Berghofer Pavilions.

Important: The DDVVMC does not condone the onselling of site bookings. Bookings are to be arranged with the Official Booking Office and no one else. We have received reports of unscrupulous individuals attempting to sell bookings, sometimes for four times the original price. Do not trust these people.

Additionally, there are individuals attempting to sell public liability insurance to site holders. This is a scam and in no way connected with the DDVVMC. Encounters with either type of person should be reported to the DDVVMC.

The Toowoomba Swap Meet has 1756 sites. Many of these are rebooked by the end of the Swap Meet.

Please note that we reserve the right to increase any or all of the entry prices at any time.

Also, all site holders should note that the sites and all material contained within are NOT covered by the DDVVMC Public Liability Insurance and alternative arrangements for private cover are the responsibility of the site holder.
